Tom Ham has owned an auto repair shop in Michigan since 1978. In 2003, he created AutomotiveManagementNetwork.com, which has more than 14,000 members today and is the world's largest online resource for vehicle service management information. Tom's wife, Deb, is his partner in both endeavors.

 Tom has held a Michigan mechanic's license since 1975 but now spends his day managing the shop and the website. He has served as a board member with ASA Michigan. Over the years, he has created many shop management systems, documents, and checklists – all of which are available on his website: AutomotiveManagementNetwork.com

Tom is an expert in shop management software systems. While he does not sell software systems, he writes extensively about them. Currently, Tom and Deb split their time between Michigan and Florida.
